Employees will utilize Atlassian’s Service Manager platform to open and track tickets for all internal and external request using the URL below:

https://continuumgrc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Customer Support

When you click “Need to raise a request?” the below screen will appear.  Please select the appropriate type of ticket you would like to open to ensure it is categorized and tracked accordingly.
