Status Indicators - Mass Update

As an administrator or examiner, when working with a user’s data set, you may find it useful to reset the entire series of Status Indicators. Your options are:

Gray: Signals that the control has not been examined.

Red: Signals that the control is In Remediation and requires user updates.

Yellow: Signals that the control is In Process and requires a review from either the administrator or examiner.

Green: Signals that the control has been deemed compliant or complete by either the administrator or examiner.

While the administrator or examiner is interacting with the user’s data set, there is a right side toolbar option to Set Status Indicators.

When selecting the Set Status Indicators option, a dialog popup will appear. Decide which color you would like to set all the module’s Status Indicators to, and then confirm this choice by pressing the Yes, Reset button.

Once the process is completed, your Status Indicators and Status Score dashboard will be reset to the color selected.
