Audit Mode
As an Administrator or Examiner managing your User’s data, there are times when changes must not be made to preserve the current state. The most common use case is when a compliance auditor is testing their client’s work. During this testing phase, changes should not be being made to preserve the integrity and accuracy of the body of work.
System administrators and examiners have the option to utilize the Audit Mode feature for this purpose.
To enter Audit Mode, first choose the module and data entry that will be place into Audit Mode.
Select the Audit Mode button which will change color indicating that Audit Mode has been activated.
Once activated, Administrators and Examiners will be able to interact with the User’s data set as normal.
Users on the other hand when attempting to interact with that same data set, will be first notified that the form is under audit. By confirming this, they will then enter the module in a read-only capacity.
Audit Mode is an extremely valuable feature when the examination of a data set is needed and change prevention is required.
