Below the score graphs will be a link to the related reports, if applicable, which are generated based on the data entered. Under those will be a list of each field in the form, in the same order they are found in the associated form, as well as a status indicator showing the current state of the field, the data entered for that field, and any related score if applicable. Finally, each line contains a an Edit field link that will take you to the specific field in the related form so that the data can be edited.
Fields which have been changed also have a View History link that allows you to see the history of changes on that field. The popup showing the history will allow you to rollback a field to an earlier value if needed.

Below the data is a summary of the data including, when the entry was created, when it was last edited, the total score, the current number of fields in each status, and finally the IP address associated with the last edit.

Finally, at the bottom of the page is a Status Timeline, which plots the changes to the Status and Maturity scores Risk score from form creation to the last edit.
