Overview

The IT Audit Machine (ITAM) Admin Portal allows entities to:

• Create, edit, and manage the forms associated with their assessment needs

• Manage user access to their forms

• Assess the forms completed by the user and interact with them to facilitate compliance

• Create, edit, and view reports on their assessment activities.

The purpose of this guide is to enable the ITAM administrator to understand the tool and its many features which provide the power to quickly generate assessment questionnaires and use them to provide governance and oversight to their constituencies.
